Refund & Cancellation Policy

At All For You Organics, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel or pause your subscription by contacting us at least 72 hours before your next delivery. Cancellations made after this window may still be charged for the upcoming week.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds once payment has been processed, except in the following cases:

  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription in time

  • You received damaged or severely spoiled produce (photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery)

In such cases, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund, OR

  • A replacement box at no additional charge

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days.

3. Missed Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver due to an issue on our side, we will reschedule or refund the delivery.

If we arrive and no one is available to receive the box, and no safe drop-off was prearranged, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
